I’ve been a lawyer since 2008 and have spent most of that time working closely with families—helping them navigate separation, conflict, and everything in between. My approach is calm, practical and child-focused, with a strong emphasis on staying out of court where possible and supporting respectful resolution.
I offer flexible legal support to meet you where you’re at—whether you need one-off advice or ongoing guidance. I can help you manage communication, understand your options, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Need some clarity on your situation?
I offer one-off sessions to help you understand your rights, responsibilities, and the options available to resolve things without going to court.
I can walk alongside you throughout the process, helping you manage conflict, communicate effectively, and keep your children’s needs front and centre.
This may involve supporting you to negotiate with your ex-partner, negotiating on your behalf and guiding you and advising you through the process.
Are you partipating in mediation or conducting your own negotiations. I can help you strategise and prepare and if you wish represent you at a mediation or negotiations .
As your collaborative lawyer, I work as part of a supportive team to help you reach fair, child-focused agreements—without going to court. The process is respectful, transparent, and designed around your family.
Do you already have an agreement or are you close to agreement?
I can help you finalise your agreement and help you document in any way that is suitable for you and your family.
Legal advice shouldn’t come with surprise bills or confusing timeframes. That’s why I offer fixed-fee packages—so you know exactly what you’re getting and what it will cost, upfront.
